New Study of the Kerry-Lieberman "American Power Act"
We've released our latest study today. The paper explores the economic and distributional impact of the "American Power Act" or Kerry-Lieberman cap-and-trade bill. The study is pretty comprehensive, covering several theoretical issues raised by the bill as well as providing new distributional estimates of the bill's cost by income, age group, region and family type.
